Booking Information

• Once your booking details are submitted, we will begin processing your reservation. A 20% deposit is required at this stage. Upon receiving your payment, a booking confirmation will be sent to you within 6 hours. The remaining 80% balance must be paid before the start of tour.

Cancellation Policy

• Kindly note that all travel offers on our website are offered at discounted rates. As such, all bookings are non-refundable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date, as well as no-show bookings, will not be eligible for a refund.
